The CSA Program in Ecuador promotes a strategy aimed at strengthening Ecuadorian civil society organizations (CSOs) in various critical aspects of their work. One of these aspects is the availability of effective and efficient management systems to enable organizations to attain their institutional objectives and hence participate in the national development scenario and consolidation of democracy.  Based on its proven experience, Esquel will provide assistance to build CSO capacity in the traditional organizational development approach to building capacity, as well as through supporting CSOs advocate for better government service delivery, and policy advocacy at the municipal level through a series of advocacy trainings, tools, and interventions led by the CSOs.
