The specific objective of the project is to strengthen the “Access to Justice in Equal Conditions Alliance” in both technical and organizational aspects so that it could provide free efficient technical services of Public Defense in the detention centers of the provinces of Pichincha, Guayas, Azuay and Tungurahua. Moreover, the project seeks to strengthen the Alliance so that it could promote and disseminate information on Human Rights at a local and national level.
